Music videos by someone who plays.
Before I picked up a camera I studied cello, produced music for Spirit Music Group’s catalogue and toured with BabyJake. I cut music videos the way I’d arrange a song: the edit lands on the beat because I’m hearing it.
The work
Pacino’s music video, which I shot and edited. Warped Tour 2025 sets from Black Veil Brides and Fame On Fire. Live session highlights for Blackwell Sessions, where I also run the sound. And tour and rehearsal content every month for Black Violin, the two-time GRAMMY-nominated band, through Content Dept., the studio I co-founded.
How a music video comes together
It starts with the song and a conversation about how it should feel. From there: a treatment and shot list, locations, and a performance plan so we get the takes in the time we have. I can direct, shoot and edit, or come in as the videographer on someone else’s idea. The edit and the grade are done against the final mix.
More than one video
An artist needs something to post every week, not once a year. I plan shoots so the same day gives you the video, vertical clips for Reels and TikTok, behind-the-scenes, and stills for the cover and press. That’s the rhythm I work to with Black Violin: tour and rehearsal content on a monthly schedule.

Do you direct as well as shoot?
Yes. I can direct, shoot and edit, or come in as the videographer on another director’s concept.
Can you record the audio for a live session?
Yes. I run the sound for Blackwell Sessions, and I bring an audio interface and microphones for live recordings.
Do you work with bands on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Through Content Dept. I film and cut Black Violin’s tour and rehearsal content on a monthly schedule.
Where do you shoot?
Miami and across South Florida, Tampa and St. Petersburg, and on tour.
