Events don’t repeat, so the shot has to be right the first time. I’ve covered a 10,000-person conference, Warped Tour sets and live music sessions, and the recap is only as good as the moments you caught.
What I cover
Conferences and keynotes, meet-and-greets, concerts and festival sets, launches and private events. At Valuetainment’s Vault 2025 I filmed Tony Robbins, Martha Stewart and David Falk in front of 10,000 people, plus the meet-and-greets and the moments around them. At Warped Tour 2025 I shot Black Veil Brides and Fame On Fire.
How the day runs
Before the event I get the run of show and a list of the people and moments that matter. On the day I move between the stage, the crowd and the rooms behind it, on a gimbal with wireless audio, so I can follow people instead of waiting for them. Footage is backed up before I go home.
What you get back
A highlight video for the event’s channels, short clips of the talks for social, and stills if you want them. Recaps are cut for where they’ll be posted: 16:9 for YouTube and your site, vertical for Reels and TikTok. I cover events in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and across South Florida, and in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Can you shoot photos and video at the same event?
For a small event, yes. For a big one I’d bring a second shooter, so neither gets short-changed.
How soon do we get the highlight video?
We agree on it before the event and plan the day around it. Send your date and I’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Do you cover concerts?
Yes. I shot Black Veil Brides and Fame On Fire at Warped Tour 2025, and live session highlights for Blackwell Sessions.
